Login error on FRRO portal

Recently registered on frro portal with my email id. Registration is also done. But now during LOGIN, full email id not fits.
info (at) teethcarecentre.com
allow only
info (at) teethcarecentre (maximum allowed letters )
and that is showing wrong user name.
How to correct this issue
