Sponsoring Letter from Shipping Agent
Upload a valid, sponsoring Letter from the Indian Shipping Agent or a Foreign Shipping Agent stationed in India, supporting the applicant’s visit to join the vessel in India.
Seaman’s Continuous Discharge Certificate Copy
A valid scanned copy of the Continuous Discharge Certificate (CDC) of the Seamen is required.
It must show details such as the applicant’s name, CDC number and nationality.

An official letter of admission from a recognised Indian educational institution with the duration of the course.
NOC from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare
A No Objection Certificate from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India.

Parent/Guardian Support Letter
A letter of support from the applicant’s parent or guardian, accompanied by a bank guarantee certificate, or bank statements for the last 06 months in support of the applicant’s studies in India.
Visa Type: e-Tourist Visa 1 year/30 days/ 5 Year
Purpose of Visit: Voluntary work of short duration (for a maximum period of 1 month, which does not involve any monetary payment or consideration of any kind in return).

Confirmed Travel Ticket Showing Arrival in and Departure from India
Provide a confirmed flight or travel booking showing your entry into and onward travel from India. The document must clearly display your name, travel dates, and booking details.
Visa Type: Indian e-Entry Visa
Purpose of Visit: For a person of Indian Origin Who Are Not In Possession Of OCI Card, And For Spouse/Children Of An Indian Citizen/Person Of Indian Origin/ OCI Cardholder Other Than Those Registered As OCI Cardholder.

Copy of Voter ID card or Indian Passport of parent/ spouse
A copy of a Voter ID card or the Indian Passport of the applicant’s parent or spouse, who is a citizen of India.

Cancelled/ surrendered Indian passport with surrender certificate
A clear copy of the cancelled or surrendered Indian passport, along with the surrender certificate, for applicants of Indian origin who surrendered their Indian passport in or after 2010.
Parent/Spouse OCI Card Copy
Upload a copy of the OCI card of a parent or a spouse, in the case of those who hold a valid OCI card.
Details such as parents’ or spouse’s name and nationality must be easily readable.
Birth/Marriage Certificate Copy
A clear copy of a birth or marriage certificate, as applicable. The certificate should include details such as the applicant's name and the parent's or spouse's name (as applicable).
