Documents Required for India e-Business Visa
Keep the following required documents for India e-Business Visa ready before applying.
- Applicant Photo: A recent, clear, front-facing digital photo of the applicant must be uploaded.
- Passport Bio Page Scan: A clear scan of the applicant’s passport bio page showing all important details, including passport number and MRZ code.

- Receive eVisa Approval: Once approved, your e-Business Visa will be sent by email. Print a copy to carry while travelling.

No, an Indian e-Business Visa does not permit paid work or employment within the country.

Indian e-Business Visa Validity & Stay Duration
Period of Validity: One year (365) days from the date of ETA approval.
No. of Entries: Business travellers can make multiple entries within the validity period.
Duration of Stay: A continuous stay during each visit shall not exceed 180 days.
Can I stay in India for more than 180 days on an e-Business Visa?
If you wish to stay in India for more than 180 days, you shall get registered with FRRO/FRO required within 2 weeks after completing 180 days in India.
