If my India visa is valid, can I apply for another visa?

The India eVisa system does not permit multiple applications with the same passport number, document type, and issuing country. Submitting more than one application can delay processing and may result in rejection. The application fee is non-refundable in such cases.

We recommend waiting until your current valid visa expires before submitting a new application.

How can I verify the validity of my e-visa for India?

Visit the India e-Visa portal and enter your Application ID along with your passport number. You will also need to complete a captcha verification. Once submitted, you can view the current status of your application and confirm whether your eVisa is still valid or has expired.

The letter "N" appears distorted in my approved visa. Can you resend a corrected copy?

This is a known display issue that occurs when accessing approved eVisas through iPhones and certain mobile devices. The font rendering may cause letters (particularly "N") to appear misspelled or disoriented.

To resolve this, open the PDF on a different device, or use a Windows or Android-based phone.

My child has a valid Indian visa in an expired passport and a new passport. Can they travel with both?

Yes. If the valid Indian visa has not expired, your child can travel to India by carrying both the new passport and the expired passport that contains the valid visa. Indian immigration authorities accept this combination for entry.
